Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 1 Banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 Scoop protein powder – we used MBody vegan berry flavour
  • 1 Cup of frozen fruit
  • 30ml coconut or almond milk

Toppings

  • 15g Desiccated coconut
  • 5g Flaked almonds
  • 10g Almond butter
  • 2 Sliced strawberries

 

Method

  1. Blend the frozen berries and banana on low until small with bits remaining.
  2. Add milk and protein and continue to blend
  3. Scoop into a serving bowl and top with toppings
