- 30g protein powder of choice (we used chocolate)
- 100ml milk of choice (we used unsweetened almond)
- loads of ice
- 60g Raspberries or other fruit of choice
- Blend together protein powder, ice and milk, this can take quite a long time, until thick.
- Once ice-cream consistency is achieved, scoop into a bowl and mix in crushed raspberries.
- WARNING! Consume straight away, melts quite quickly!
