• 30g protein powder of choice (we used chocolate)
  • 100ml milk of choice (we used unsweetened almond)
  • loads of ice
  • 60g Raspberries or other fruit of choice


  1. Blend together protein powder, ice and milk, this can take quite a long time, until thick.
  2. Once ice-cream consistency is achieved, scoop into a bowl and mix in crushed raspberries.
  3. WARNING! Consume straight away, melts quite quickly!
